Practice Nurse

Menlo Park are working with a couple of well-established and supportive GP surgeries currently looking for a full time Practice Nurse to join their friendly, close-knit team and worth between the two sites. The surgeries offer flexibility around hours as well as supporting you in further development as a Practice Nurse. They are looking for a Practice Nurse with experience in Primary Care, someone comfortable with routine Practice Nurse duties as well as Chronic Disease Management experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a close knit, forward thinking team.

Salary - 31,000 - 39,975 per annum FTE + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays

Location - Atherton area, Manchester

The surgeries -

• Well-established within the local community
• Flexible start and finish times to work around you
• Forward-thinking and supportive
• Keen to help you progress as a Practice Nurse
• Good CQC history
• Work with Emis Web computer system

Your role -

• Experienced Practice Nurse.
• Work between two practices very close to one another
• Face-to-face and some telephone appointments.
• Conduct Chronic Disease Management reviews.
• To be comfortable with routine Practice Nurse duties.
