HR Business Partner
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid Working with some travel)
£40,000 - £52,000 per annum
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to make an impact in a newly created role?
This highly successful organisation continues to grow rapidly but has managed to maintain a family feel and has a lovely culture. Not overly corporate and instead is a down to earth, friendly and people-focused business. You will work with the Senior HR team, to ensure the people strategy is delivered effectively to local teams and effectively partner with managers at various sites. Creating that valuable link between local teams and the central functions. This role is based in Central Manchester, working on a hybrid basis with some travel, predominately in the Greater Manchester area.
Responsibilities will include:
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and business partnering with line managers, getting to really understand the needs of the business and aligning with the People Plan
- Supporting on complex ER cases, providing expert advice and guidance. Also keeping abreast of all employee relations activities within your business area and liaise accordingly with the wider People team
- Identify areas for development and support, coaching/upskilling manager capabilities, working closely with the L&D team
- Lead and support on HR projects initiatives such as Wellbeing, ED&I, systems improvements
About you:
- A strong HR generalist with exposure to the full employee life cycle including complex ER cases
- CIPD Level 5/7
- Ability to influence and engage with people at all levels and effective relationship management skills
- A positive, friendly and collaborative approach
- Resilience to push back when required, communicate effectively and work on building trust with stakeholders
