Office Administrator 6 Months Manchester Pay negotiable DOE Inside IR35 I am looking for an Office Administrator for our Morson Projects team in our Manchester Head Office. Role Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office • Answer and direct phone calls and emails • Perform data entry • Maintain office supplies • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings • Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner • File records and maintain accurate records • Create and maintain relationships with colleagues, the customer and clients to fully understand their needs • Escalate issues/queries when appropriate • Assisting the office with general administration duties and queries • Cover and assist with any other responsibilities within the business when needed, e.g. arranging lunch and drinks etc for meetings Typical Knowledge, Skills and Qualification Requirements • IT literate with good knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Morson is acting as an employment business in relation to this vacancy.
