I’m pleased to bring to you a new opportunity within a family run, Manchester born, award-winning manufacturing business, who have recently celebrated their 40th year of trade!

Due to continued growth and their pursuit of excellence, we are recruiting for an experienced, ‘hands-on’, office manager/team coordinator to offer support and guidance to a small customer service team, specifically within their installation team.

Your role will be a dynamic split between the back-end reporting/monitoring of the team, but also driving the impeccable customer service through ongoing guidance and leading by example.

Duties

  • Manage and over department performance
  • Monitor and manage admin basics – checklists, orders on hand reports, planners etc.
  • Assist with cash collection document
  • Hold meetings with individuals of the team to assess performance and report to department head
  • Support the team with incoming and outgoing phone calls, where needed
  • Weekly meetings with department head at a managerial level
  • Assist with key performance indicators and appraisals
  • Assist with email correspondence for customer complaints
  • Assist with obtaining customer reviews and encouraging the team to ask directly

Essential Skills

  • Proficient on CRM and call reporting systems
  • Confident using Microsoft Offices, mainly Excel, Word, and Presentations
  • Customer service focused attitude
  • Ideally can demonstrate experience in coordinating a telephone-based team
  • Ideally can demonstrate experience of reporting on team KPIs and working with department heads to increase productivity/efficiency/accuracy
