As a Payroll Associate, your primary role will be to support the Billing Team with the processing of accurate and timely billing/distribution to customers. You will handle billing and invoicing enquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring resolution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include raising customer invoices, maintaining billing records, distributing invoices, analysing billing data, and managing queries. Your keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to process high volumes of requests will contribute significantly to the success of the team.

  • Ensure timely and accurate raising of customer invoices, both recurring and one-off
  • Accurately create, update, and maintain recurring customer billing records
  • Ensure all data received is invoiced accurately and efficiently according to departmental deadlines and customer specifics
  • Distribute generated invoices via post, email or onto customer portals
  • Take responsibility for in-depth analysis and manipulation of billing/invoice data from multiple systems
  • Work closely with internal & external stakeholders, managing queries and driving resolution whilst keeping all parties regularly updated

The ideal Payroll Associate brings a wealth of skills to our client's team. You are someone who can work independently but also thrive in a team setting. Your flexibility allows you to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. You possess excellent organisational skills that enable you to manage your time effectively while prioritising tasks. Your strong communication skills allow you to build rapport with different stakeholders easily. With your keen eye for detail, you can spot errors and solve problems efficiently. Your previous experience in creating customer invoices will be invaluable in this role.
