A Plumber is required to work on the maintenance of a university, working as part of their estates team, looking after planned and reactive works across the portfolio of buildings. This is a potential temp to perm role with exceptional benefits on offer as part of the permanent role.
You will have an NVQ level 3 and have previous experience in maintenance work, including repairs on air handling units, drainage, pumps and valves and various plant across the estate. You will have pipefitting experience and be responsible for the service, installation, maintenance, and testing of systems and good customer facing skills are essential.
