This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected national Court of Protection team as a Benefits Advisor. This is a newly established role where you can really make your mark.  In the role, you will support the team’s Benefits Expert and advise clients on welfare benefits reviews, enquiries and applications.  You do not need to have a legal background but will have relevant experience on advising on welfare benefits from the public or finance sectors, for example. You will have a working knowledge of welfare benefits, including where Universal Credit and legacy benefits coexist, benefit awards and calculations, and assessing entitlement to disability benefits. This full-service, Top 100 firm has offices nationally.
