They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a number of exciting facade projects.

- To qualify for this position you must be degree qualified.
The role:
- Working under the Commercial Manager,you'll have an excellent opportunity to develop in your career as a Quantity Surveyor.
Your duties will include:
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies.
- Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes.
- Developing and maintaining procurement schedules.
- Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects.
