- You’ll need to be organised to ensure service levels are maintained
- Dealing with enquiries from tenants reporting maintenance issues, logging on the system – Fix Flow
- Managing internal maintenance team, making appointment for repair & maintenance issues prioritizing
- Procurement of external contractors, preparing & agreeing specifications with external contractors
- Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, certs, etc).
- Issuing of all relevant notices
- Periodic inspections of the managed portfolio.
- Experience of completing inventories
- Be happy to be out and about 75% of the time instead of being fully office based.
