We have a vacancy for a talented individual who, working on site, can manage the day to day operation of the largest HMO in the North of England. There are many challenges so the individual must be:
- experienced in all aspects of property managementdetail orientated
- have strong customer service skills, good leadership skills
- a good knowledge of residential property management legislation
- experience wthj people management
- project management
- good communications, and negotiation skills.Â
Experience of HMO residences is desirable as is lettings experience.
This is a hands-on job where you will work closely with staff, contactors, leaseholders, and residents with the aim to provide a safe, clean, and presentable environment for the residents and a return for the investor leaseholders.Â
You will work closely with the executive in budgeting, managing cashflow and improving the processes and procedures of the business. You will also be a key player in the development of the business itself.
