My client provides recruitment and professional development solutions for construction, real estate and renewable energy sectors across the UK and US.

They are offering experienced consultants the opportunity to become an integral part of the company growth plans moving forward, with scope to build out your own desk in the future if you would like the opportunity to.

The Role:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
  • Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
  • Managing your candidate database.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months sales experience.
  • A desire to progress in your role.
  • A desire to build and strengthen client relationships.
