The Role:

You will manage end to end recruitment processes including:

CV and telephone screening.
Strong focus on building relationships with prospective candidates and clients.
Work towards promotional targets onboarding greater responsibility at each step.
Learn and become a master of your market.
Conducting interviews that go beyond the résumé to uncover the essence of each candidate.
Collaborate seamlessly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver on recruitment goals.
Complete business development through lead generation
Develop your own personal brand on LinkedIn.
