We have ambitious growth plans for the next few years and need to increase our headcount with ambitious recruitment consultants to achieve this growth.What we are looking for in a recruitment consultant:• Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in 360 permanent/contract recruitment OR strong B2B sales experience• Strong business acumen• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills• Strong screening candidates skills• Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates• Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals• Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
