TRAINEE RECRTUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:We are looking for candidates who are ready to immerse themselves into our recruitment processes, frameworks and systems to learn how to be a top recruiter in their market. This is a fast-paced and sales driven environment, no two days are the same but some of your key responsibilities will include:

Learning how to use our key technologies including LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Broadbean, Indeed, Lusha and more.
Working alongside Senior team members to source candidates for active vacancies.
Developing commercial awareness of the market you are working within, actively generating new business through client outreach over the phone / digitally.
Administration including prepping CV's, submitting candidates for vacancies, sending placement confirmations in line with our CRM compliance checks.
Building your professional network through social media and actively marketing through these channels
Developing your skills and understanding with a view to becoming a 360° recruitment consultant

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Maths and English GCSE (4 and above / C and above minimum)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
Excellent communication and time management skills
A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Manchester HQ
Ability to present yourself in a professional manner to prospective candidates and clients
