Compliance Manager

Were currently seeking a Property Compliance Manager to join our MCR office in Manchester. As our Compliance Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of compliance within our Property department. You will be responsible for the management of the compliance and regulatory framework as well as day to day compliance tasks and driving effective risk management across the business. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal policies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance
• Report on compliance-related issues and propose improvements
• Advise management on regulatory developments and implications
• Provide training to staff on compliance matters
• Participate in the development of organisation-wide best practices
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure unified compliance approach

Requirements

• A strong understanding of compliance regulations within the Real Estate sector
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a Real Estate department
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Adept at fostering a culture of compliance within an organisation
