What will you get up to?
As Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will:
- Oversee all Restaurant and bar’s operation.
- Oversee staff recruitment and training.
- Assist with yearly appraisal with the team members.
- Support running a relaxed fine-dining restaurant
- Report to the Food & Beverage Manager
- Ideally have Rosette or Michelin or fully-serviced hotel F&B background.
- Have ability to work under pressure.
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional levels of customer service.
