Job detailsMonday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30 pm Full time position£23,000 - £26,000Due to location you must be able to drive. Responsibilities* Check purchase orders and ensure invoices are accurate.* Perform cost analysis against accruals.* Work with software packages such as Sage, Excel, Word, Outlook.* Understand basic accounting concepts.* Bank Reconciliation for 4 companies and varying currencies.* Bi-Monthly statement runs.* Maintain documents such as supplier and customer database.* Liaise with internal staff for query resolution.* Liaise with external suppliers and customers for query resolution.* Credit Control.* Purchase Ledger.* Daily import of sales and purchase invoices.* Vat Returns.* Input of overhead invoices ensuring correct nominals are used.General Requirements
- Basic Understanding of SAP systems
- Experience in accounting concepts
- Must be able to drive
