Simpson Judge is currently working with business based in Manchester City Centre. Due to successful growth, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to assist their close-knit finance team. There will be plenty of opportunities for growth and development.
This is a permanent position, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
Roles/ Responsibilities
- Posting supplier invoices
- Responsible for payment runs
- Arranging dispatches for sales orders (stock allocation/arranging deliveries)
- Stock Management
- Arranging /sourcing supplier orders
- Raising sales invoices
- Bank reconciliation
Skills/ Experience
- At least 2 years completing transactional duties- Accounts Payable or Receivable
- Sage experience is crucial
- Excel skills- Vlookups and pivot tables is ideal
- At least AAT Level 3 and studying towards Level 4 / ACCA / CIMA / ACA
- Previous experience in technology or software development is ideal
