Job description
Our client in Manchester Centre, are looking for an experienced Front of House Receptionist to join their team on a temporary placement, for approximately 3-4 weeks, possibly longer.
Duties but not limited to:
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Front of house cover on the main reception
- Meeting room bookings / set up
- Post room duties – collect post and organise ready for royal mail collection
- Issue building passes and process applications
- Monitor email inbox
- Floor walks
- Assist with admin tasks
Experience:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and external contractors
- Previous Admin / reception experience.
- Needs to be responsible and reliable
3-4 weeks work months contract
Shifts-8am - 5pm
