Service Manager

Service Manager required for a growing Air Conditioning Contractor based in the Greater Manchester region
Basic to 60K + Car allowance

THE ROLE
*Oversee a team of 12 Engineers and a Support Desk by answering Technical queries
*Complete client site visits on site, undertaking quality checks and assisting with Estimation of Service projects as and when required
*Drive forward profitability and win new business by implementing your own process
*Ensure Engineers are as productive as possible and that customer satisfaction is high

THE PACKAGE
*Basic to 60K dependent on experience
*Car allowance (around 500 per month)

THE PERSON
*Experience in a Service Management role essential
*Good knowledge of VRF(V), Split and Chillers essential
*Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages and Outlook
*UK Drivers licence
*good communication skills both verbal and written

THE LOCATION
*Due to attendence needing in the office, successful candidates need to live in the Greater Manchester area.
*Suitable locations include but are not limited to: Manchester, Salford, Urmston, Stretford, Stockport, Prestwich
