Our client based near Manchester is currently looking for an experienced C# Software Developer. As part of a small development team, you will write specific, bespoke applications which form an integral part of mobile computing solutions as well as support the existing software team.
This position requires business and commercial awareness as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be customer facing. You must be used to seeing a project through to its conclusion with minimal supervision and must be a self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude within this demanding environment.
Skills and Experience:- C# experience
- Windows Client & Windows Server Applications
- Integration with remote hardware devices via TCP socket connections or 3rd party SDK’s
- Cloud-based solutions, especially Microsoft Azure
- SQL Server, database design and Implementation, including Azure
- Knowledge of the full development cycle from specification, design, coding, configuration management, prototyping, testing, documentation, and installation
