  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help in managing their behaviour.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of individualised behaviour intervention plans.
  • Offering guidance and encouragement to students, helping them build self-esteem and develop essential life skills.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

Key Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in an educational setting, ideally as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • A genuine passion for working with students with behavioural challenges, and a dedication to helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with students and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and resilience to effectively manage challenging situations.
  • A commitment to fostering an environment that encourages positive behaviour and personal growth.
