The Company:
An excitingopportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to join a fast-paced company. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and analytical person with extensive experience working within international supply chains
Hybrid role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the running and development of the supply chain.
- Responsible for meeting required service levels with customers
- Responsible for forecasting and sales analysis looking at market trends and gaps.
- Analyse weekly/monthly/yearly sales to identify trends.
- Plan, implement and manage merchandising functions for each channel, B2B, online, and export customers.
- Track and manage feedback on products from customers.
- Manage stock to maximise availability, whilst reducing discontinued exposure
- Raise and resolve any supply/service issues
- Support range planning in conjunction with category teams
- Plan initial buys for new lines
- Create/maintain weekly excel based stock sheets.
- Working with factories and the warehouse to ensure products are shipped within agreed timelines.
- Assist in development and growth of business.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and industry’s best practices.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience working at a strategic and senior level
- Advanced technical skills
- Knowledge of forecasting methods
- Understanding of supply chain practices
- Experience working with factories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage changing priorities
- Work under own initiative
- Diplomacy to communicate effectively with colleague and customers
