Job Title: Commercial Asbestos Surveyor
Contract Duration: 4 - 6 months
Location: Manchester City Centre, static site
Day Rate: 240 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting asbestos surveys in Commercial properties at one static location in Manchester.
- Collecting bulk samples.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Accurately documenting survey findings and producing comprehensive reports.
- Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure efficient survey operations.
- Adhering to project timelines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, with a strong understanding of asbestos-containing materials and their identification.
- Valid certifications and qualifications related to asbestos surveying.
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations, such as Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately record and report survey findings.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively.
