Receptionist

We are currently looking for three days Receptionist cover. For the role of Receptionist, we are looking for a friendly and welcoming person to manage our front desk on a daily basis, the candidate will have experience in answering the phone and general clerical duties.

The Role

  • Providing great customer service to all customers
  • Answer phones
  • Signing In & out visitors
  • Take complaints from customers
  • Filling out paperwork and sending through to Technical
  • Sending out post through the franking machine & through TNT

Candidate

  • Experience working as receptionist
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A positive can-do attitude, and a polite and friendly manner is essential
  • Excellent problem solving skills
