Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Mansfield area to find a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Match, batch and code a high volume of purchase invoices on a weekly basis
- Manually input invoices on to the system
- Process weekly BACS payment run
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Resolve purchase ledger queries
- Manage complicated utilies accounts
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in purchase ledger
- Be able to pick things up quickly
- Possess good Excel skills
