This is an opportunity for an experienced multi-channel Marketing Manager to join a high functioning SME of a global organisation located in sunny Mansfield. As such, the right candidate will have exposure to responsibilities and experiences typical of a larger enterprise Head of Marketing. Â
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will work within a small team developing and implementing marketing strategy to stimulate sales growth and brand advocacy. You will work within an amazing team that values adaptability, creativity and integrity. Â
With the backing of a large budget you will be working on campaigns across Social, web, events, print and POS and targeting consumers directly and via wholesale.
Role Overview
Marketing StrategyDevelop, implement and assess the annual marketing strategy, ensuring it is carried out effectively throughout the year. Oversee the execution of marketing tactics, such as advertising, promotions, events and digital marketing initiatives.  Â
Resource ManagementManage the allocation of resources, including marketing budget, agency retainers and marketing assets to cement efficient and effective marketing tactics. Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics then adapt marketing as needed.
Team CollaborationCollaborate with other stakeholders and colleagues, such as account managers, technical advisors and wholesalers to ensure a synchronised marketing approach. Support other group marketing departments with marketing expertise.
Marketing CreativityDevelop complete marketing campaigns and content in-house, executed collaboratively with colleagues and agencies.
Brand ManagementUphold the company's brand identity and tone across all marketing. Branding and marketing needs to be consistent and high quality across all marketing channels including digital and print.
Market AnalysisObserve market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges for marketing as well as the whole organisation.
About You
We are looking for an established Marketing Manager with strong experience in implementing and managing marketing strategy together with a reflective and objective approach to ensuring ROIÂ across your campaigns. You will have exceptional analytical skills and an ability to read data/results to support marketing decisions.
It would be beneficial to come from a consumer product background, preferably from a manufacturer or brand owner business where you have experience of organising events and activations.
You will have creative vision with the ability to create marketing campaigns from scratch but have a results-driven mindset with a reputation of accomplishing marketing targets. This role would suit candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced company and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
