The Clinical Deputy Manager will receive:

As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality nursing care
- Support carers in providing personal care and daily activities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate care plans
- Promote residents' choice, dignity, and independence
- Manage the care team and ensure care plans are regularly updated and evaluated
- Ensure the home is a safe and desirable place for residents and staff
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Deputy Manager position will have:
- A relevant professional qualification, such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD
- At least three years of experience in a residential or nursing home setting, with one year involving dementia care
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Flexibility with working hours and a caring, positive attitude
- A driving licence
