Our client is keen to appoint a skilled customer service professional to join their small team! This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by managing orders, handling customer queries and supporting the sales team. You'll ensure smooth order processing, maintain accurate data and help identify sales opportunities with existing customers.
£25,500 per annum
Mon-Fri, 8.30am – 5.00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and manage the full "order to cash" cycle
- Create and follow up on customer quotes
- Upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
- Manage delivery queries and customer complaints
- Maintain customer data and pricing in SAP
- Build strong relationships through clear communication
- Keep records of customer interactions and maintain CRM data
- Support sales targets and team goals
Requirements:
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within an office setting
- Competent with MS Office and data entry
- Experience using SAP (preferred)
- Own transport (preferred for potential travel)
