I am working with a fast-growing, multi-site organisation undergoing significant transformation. They're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to drive forward their people development agenda - building a consistent framework across technical and non-technical functions, optimising their LMS, and supporting projects such as onboarding, compliance, leadership development and more.Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to develop and embed a modern L&D strategy.
  • Optimise and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including content development and reporting.
  • Create and standardise onboarding and training processes to support employee retention and development.
  • Work closely with technical trainers to ensure smooth training delivery and progression pathways.
  • Support transformation projects and cultural initiatives to enhance engagement and capability.
  • Lead on performance reviews, employee surveys, and training compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an L&D or HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Comfortable designing L&D frameworks and managing digital learning tools.
  • Confident delivering training and influencing across all levels.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships, compliance training, and performance development.
  • L&D or HR qualification (e.g. CIPD) preferred.
