- Support the Business Systems Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with core business systems suppliers.
- Adhoc risk management administration support.
- Undertake periodic system data reviews and work closely with system suppliers to refresh and maintain clean and accurate data within both live and test environments.
- Provide first line incident management support for core business systems. Manage incident and change escalations across systems by monitoring ticket activity with core system suppliers.
- To assist with the preparation and execution of the team’s objectives, budgets, and financial records.
- Experience of systems administration.
- Strong planning and organisational attributes.
- Relevant experience such as Account Management, Risk Management, and Project Support.
- Finance, Procurement & HR systems experience desirable.
- Project Management qualification desirable.
