Are you a project manager, with any background in Water Treatment or related industry, looking for a progressive role, with excellent development opportunities, where you will work alongside a highly skilled and vibrant team, with a high degree of autonomy, for a rapidly growing, specialist organisation which has retained a fantastic culture, currently exceeding £12 million turnover in the UK, now looking to capitalize upon recent success, and grow by 50% in the next 3 years?

Are you looking for a technically interesting, varied and dynamic role, where you will be a key part of the organisation's ongoing growth, working throughout the product / project lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of clients, for a company which provides cutting edge bespoke water treatment and process filtration solutions to F&B, Healthcare, the MOD and other industries, which prides itself in its investment in employees?

The company is an international provider of industrial water treatment solutions and process filtration, working with companies such as Coca-Cola, Rolls Royce and the NHS. They are currently competing with major players, looking to continue their rapid growth whilst remaining agile and innovative.

You will be the go-to person for project management, as part of a small but dedicated project team. You will be responsible for managing complex install projects (from 10-15 at any given time, ranging from £3k - £3 million in value) from concept to completion. You will manage key deliverables, working across multi-functional teams to ensure excellence throughout the process.

The role:

  • Manage 10-15 water treatment / process filtration projects at any given time, with a huge variety in complexity
  • Work from initial bid / tender, through budgeting & forecasting, initial design, sign off, installation, commissioning, optimization and handover
  • Manage the client throughout, ensuring effective communication re timelines, align expectations where necessary
  • Complete site visits at key stages of the projects such as installation and commissioning
  • Project scheduling
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Define the project scope
  • Complete cost plans, budgeting and financial reporting
  • Work closely with Design teams, project engineers and operations

The person:

  • Project Manager or similar
  • From either a Water related background, or industry which involves pumps / valves / electrical control panels
  • Happy with some travel to client sites (minimal stay aways)
  • Driving License
