Our Mansfield branch is seeking an ambitious and driven individual interested in training and developing towards being a recruitment consultant star of the future.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 Depending on experience + Commission + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning all aspects of recruitment; interviewing, business development, compliance and legalities.
- Answering phonecalls and meeting candidates face to face to help them with job searches.
- Calling and developing relationships with local business and working with them to support their business.
- Advertise roles and screen candidates for suitability of roles.
- Provide excellent service to all clients and candidates, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
- Work towards targets to contribute to the overall success of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
- Collaborate as a team player within the branch to achieve common goals.
Qualifications and Experience required:
- Customer service experience, whether this is over the phone or face to face.
- A genuine like for engaging with people, meetng new people and being able to hold conversation
- Comfortable with making calls and greeting people.
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Possess a full driving licence and own transport.
