    • Provide excellent service to all clients and candidates, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Our Mansfield branch is seeking an ambitious and driven individual interested in training and developing towards being a recruitment consultant star of the future. 

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 Depending on experience + Commission + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning all aspects of recruitment; interviewing, business development, compliance and legalities.
  • Answering phonecalls and meeting candidates face to face to help them with job searches. 
  • Calling and developing relationships with local business and working with them to support their business.  
  • Advertise roles and screen candidates for suitability of roles.
  • Provide excellent service to all clients and candidates, maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service.
  • Work towards targets to contribute to the overall success of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate as a team player within the branch to achieve common goals.
