Enforcement Agent

Guildford – hybrid

A leading UK debt recovery enforcement group is seeking a flexible and trustworthy Enforcement Agent to join their team. This role offers uncapped earnings with an achievable bonus level of at least double the basic salary, as well as a company vehicle, fuel card, and expenses. The successful candidate will receive full training and qualifications to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.

This role involves visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts, setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements, and assisting debtors in completing questionnaires. The successful candidate will also take control of goods and remove goods where necessary, make enquiries with neighbors if debtors have moved or left a property, compile short reports about visits, and assess debtor vulnerability and signpost them to support services if required. This role offers uncapped earnings with an achievable bonus level of at least double the basic salary, as well as a company vehicle, fuel card, and expenses. Full training and qualifications to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts.
  • Set up and agree repayment arrangements.
  • Assist debtors in completing questionnaires.
  • Take control of goods and remove goods where necessary.
  • Make enquiries with neighbors if debtors have moved or left a property.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Full UK driving license (held for at least 2 years) and able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
