We are inviting applications for the role of SEND Administration Assistant, a key position that supports our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) department. The ideal candidate will be organized, diligent, and have a passion for supporting educational needs.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Manage and maintain accurate SEND records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and communications related to SEND.
  • Coordinate meetings, liaising effectively with staff, students, and parents to support SEND initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SENDCO and Assistant SENDCO, aiding in the implementation of SEND policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational setting, demonstrating a commitment to supporting the needs of all students.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with school management software, ensuring the smooth operation of the SEND department.
