The right personwill:

Resolve complex issues: Act as a point of escalation for challenging customer inquiries or complaints, finding creative solutions and ensuring timely resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to provide valuable insights and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service management role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and find innovative solutions.

Exceptional customer focus, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
