IT Systems Manager – Case Management / Law Firm 

We are looking for someone with strong experience of Case Management Software to take the lead on maintaining and developing their systems in line with business expectations across a number of offices in Kent.

You will need to have a strong understanding of design principles, system security as well as understanding cloud technologies and various frameworks, all ideally within a legal environment but this is not essential. 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience supporting Case Management Software, ideally within a legal environment.
  • Be able to work with external suppliers, follow technical directions in resolving issues. 
  • Experience of project management, delivering on time and to budget.
  • Experience working within a support environment, using tickets systems to raise and track issues. 
  • User training, experience of ensuring users are making best use of the systems and training new starters.
