Bookkeeper & Credit Controller
- Location: Market Rasen
- Salary: £30K to £35K
- Hours: 6am to 2pm
Duties:
Well-established business based in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, are looking to recruit a full-time Bookkeeper & Credit Controller to join their growing business.
The role will be fairly independent but with support from the Finance Director of the parent company. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts processing, including:
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing supplier payments
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Posting and allocation of customer receipts
- Generating customer statements
- Liaising with customers and chasing payments
- Processing and reconciling petty cash transactions
- Working with outsourced payroll provider to process monthly payroll
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in using Sage Business Cloud Accounting (or similar)
- Strong Excel skills
- The ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- AAT or similar accountancy qualification would be desirable
This role would be based on site, Monday-Friday. Due to the nature of our business, the working hours would be from 6am-2pm.
