Position: Bench Joiner
Location: Caistor, Lincolnshire
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
Shift: 8am - 16:30 (Off-site visits can extend the finish time)
Break times: 09:30 - 09:50, 12:30 - 13:30 & 15:00- 15:15

With over three decades of expertise, our client has consistently delivered bespoke joinery solutions, employing traditional and time-honoured techniques to craft exquisite, high-quality products that consistently exceed customer expectations. Specialising in an array of offerings including Yorkshire sliders, traditional sash and round/curved windows, bespoke doors, French and bi-fold doors, conservatories, garden rooms, porches/entrances, kitchens, and bedroom furniture, our client stands as a hallmark of craftsmanship and excellence in the industry.
Key Duties:
- Crafting various joinery products including windows, doors, conservatories, and bespoke furniture.
- Working with a variety of materials to create both traditional and contemporary joinery pieces.
- Fitting joinery products on-site, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Travelling to client locations for fittings and consultations.
Requirements:
- Experience in joinery manufacturing.
- Workshop experience.
- Skilled at crafting windows, doors, conservatories, sunrooms, staircases, handmade kitchens, and bespoke joinery.
- Clean UK driving license for driving a work van and commuting.
- Required to have own tools.
- Confidence in conducting fittings and consultations with clients.
- Strong joinery skills and attention to detail.
