Job: L&D Trainer

Location: Marlow

Salary: £38,000 - 40,000 plus bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced L&D professional who will be responsible for providing training to the customer service team, providing refresher training and inductions for new starters.

Experience:

• Deliver a range of learning programs and initiatives and ensuring effective delivery
• Develop a learning strategy and role-based competency framework
• Ensuring employees acquire the required skills, knowledge, and behaviour to be effective in their roles
• Continuous training and retraining of individuals
• Establish continuous learning for employees to drive their own personal development.
• Evaluate and implement learning technologies and platforms to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data on learning outcomes, feedback, and performance metrics
• Identify current and future learning needs to ensure L&D plans are aligned
• Reviewing training needs and skill gap assessments
