- As a valued member of our team, each Female Support Worker is there to help deliver the quality-of-life people with disabilities deserve. By doing so, the support worker will be supporting our service users to reach their full potential.
- You will help to ensure that Walsingham Support's care is of high quality and person-centred. As a Female Support Worker you will help to ensure that care is tailored to the needs of each individual and based on their lifestyle.
- As a Female Support Worker, it is your duty to ensure a high quality and well maintained environment for those we support.
- Each Female Support Worker is expected to work from a care plan, providing help with day to day living tasks. This might include personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, providing emotional support, social interaction and visits to activities in their communities.

About the Service:
The service is an autism service, and the lady also has epilepsy but well under control through medication. The lady can present behaviours that challenge, but full training on deescalating techniques will be provided before employment with the lady takes place.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female driver
- They will be expected to be available to do sleep overs as the lady gets 24/7 care 365 days a year and the rate of pay at the moment is £43.00 per night.
- The individual must be outgoing and support our lady with her day-to-day chores and activities within the community and always promote independence and inclusion.
