SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic business in South Derby who are looking to recruit for a Payroll Manager. The role will be initially office based whilst training, but when settled after 3 months hybrid working is accepted with two days from home maximum. The role is for as business that are undergoing a growth phase, so we are looking for an experienced candidate who would have experience in integration. Some of your duties will include: -Delivery of monthly payrolls for approx. 500 + employees across the full end to end payroll cycle in accordance with payment deadlines. This includes starter and leaver process, issuing P45 documents. -Support, and manage the payroll clerk in all payroll administration. -Oversee and process accurate and timely inputting and checking of all payroll data including taxable benefits, absence data, bank hours, overtime payments, shift payments and holiday payments. -Preparation and processing where required. -Manage and oversee and process auto enrolment and pension scheme administration, including processing and reconciliation of company pension scheme deductions, including Nest Scheme administration. Ensuring mandatory and statutory requirements are met in accordance with legislation and scheme requirements. -Process HMRC declarations (P45, P11D, P60, Tax/NI reporting etc) and ensure the monthly and weekly reconciliation and submission of HMRC FPD &EPS data and real time reports. -Compliance Expertise: Stay informed about payroll rules and legislative changes, ensuring that the company remains compliant with statutory regulations. Ensure any contractors providing services to the company are complainant with RI35 regulations and advise the company on best practice and legislative changes. -Ensure the processing all payments are managed effectively these include but are not limited to Fuel Card payments/deductions, Statutory payments such as Maternity, Paternity etc. -Ensure all processing and recording of third-party payments; PAYE, Pensions, Benefits, etc -Ensure the processing court orders or pay deductions in accordance with requirements and deadlines If this role looks of interest to you, and you are looking for a step up in your career then please get in touch with your updated CV to be considered.
