Your new roleAs a Frontline IT Support Specialist, your role is pivotal in offering technical assistance to our staff situated in multiple locations. Your duties will encompass managing incoming support enquiries through phone, email, and chat, swiftly resolving technical challenges to ensure business operations continue with minimal interruption. This position necessitates excellent communication abilities, technical proficiency, and a focus on customer service to effectively support our varied employee base. What you'll need to succeed

  • Log all support requests and technical issues accurately into the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite
  • Prior experience of working in an IT Helpdesk
