New Build Conveyancer

Owing to significant growth one of our leading legal clients are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Build Property Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of new build property matters, including sales and purchases, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. Responsibilities:*Manage a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion*Maintain efficient systems to ensure all deadlines are met*Demonstrate excellent client care and communicate complex legal matters in commercial astute format*Build lasting working relationships with clients and house builder referrers*Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders*Develop professional relationships with potential sources of work*Generate fee income in line with agreed targets*Manage, supervise, train, and develop support staff*Play an active role in the team's business development activities and budgets to continue the growth of New Build workAbout the Person:To be successful in this role, you must possess the following attributes, skills, and experience:*Previous experience working on New Build purchase and sale matters*Hold a relevant qualification*Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care*Commercially astute with an understanding of business targets and their impact on the practice*Experience in managing, supervising, training, and developing support staff*Thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures*Organized and process-driven*IT literate with experience using a web-based case management systemCredible past and consistent billing/financial performanceIf this sounds like YOU do not hesitate and click apply today!!!Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
