We are working with one of the UK’s leaders in their field to source and exceptional EA / Office Manager for their growing organsiation.You will have a varied role providing support to the Directors and management team of the business alongside co-ordinating key corporate projects. Highly organised and methodical, you will be competent with IT systems, be trustworthy with sensitive information and have a can-do attitude and drive to get stuck-in. Key responsibilities:
  • Providing support to two company directors to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that administrative operations run efficiently
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management.
  • Preparing presentations, agendas, minuting key meetings and tracking actions
  • Preparing salesperson/account manager commission tracking and calculations
  • Upkeep and management of different online systems, SharePoint, billing systems, direct debits, CRM, HR system and others
  • Co-ordinating a range of corporate projects with directors and other internal stakeholders
  • Administration support for starters, leavers, employee reviews and other sensitive and confidential HR matters
  • Owner of new starter induction process including delivering 121 induction presentations, arranging training schedules and collating documentation
  • Preparing contracts for new customers, customer re-signs and new employees
  • Business Management System administration (for ISO accreditations)
  • Internal auditing of processes and procedures
  • Co-ordinating company-led social events and cross-business charity days
  • Managing project plans & preparing briefings for external events
  • Maintaining data lists in line with data protection legislation
