Responsbilities:To administer medications and intravenous fluids according to physicians' orders, often requiring precise dosing and timing.To assess patients' conditions, documenting observations and changes in medical charts to keep the healthcare team informed about the patient's progress.Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families, explaining treatment plans, answering questions, and helping them cope with the stress of critical illness.To ensure that medical equipment, such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps, is functioning properly and calibrated correctly to deliver accurate results and support patient care.

Requirements:Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesNMC registration and PINA minimum of 12 months post qualified work experienceEffective teamwork and the ability to work independentlyStrong clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail
