Job Overview:We are currently seeking a Front Of House Staff to work for a 4 Star Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, catering, or bartending, with a passion for providing excellent service.
Duties:- Greet customers and provide assistance with menu selections- Bartender- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently- Ensure food safety standards are maintained throughout the service- Assist in food preparation and presentation- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
Qualifications:- Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is desirable- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations- Strong communication and customer service skills- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Bartending experience is a plus
