They are now looking for a commercially focused Assistant Accountant to join the team to support the Finance Manager. This is a very varied role and would suit someone with strong analytical skills.THE ROLE: Assist with the preparation of month end and year end accounts.Assist with Monthly Stock Controls. Assist with Monthly Stock Costings.Prepayments/Accruals.Fixed Assets.HR/Payroll. Posted Journals /Cashbook/Petty Cash Recs etc.Help with adhoc reporting to Group. Filing of National Statistics.VAT Returns including Reconciliation.
