Description
As Lead Facilities Engineer you will:
- Plan, implement, and oversee all building and equipment maintenance procedures
- Challenge existing systems to develop a more efficient operation
- Lead and develop a team of engineers
- Hold responsibility for all compliance ensuring systems are fit for purpose
- Supervise contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support the Engineering Manager and operations teams with project identification and delivery
Profile
The successful Lead Facilities Engineer should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, or similar field
- Strong comprehension of compliance across LOLER, life safety and refrigeration
- An understanding of maintenance planning and CMMS
- Proven or aspiring leadership skills
