Description

As Lead Facilities Engineer you will:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee all building and equipment maintenance procedures
  • Challenge existing systems to develop a more efficient operation
  • Lead and develop a team of engineers
  • Hold responsibility for all compliance ensuring systems are fit for purpose
  • Supervise contractors
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Support the Engineering Manager and operations teams with project identification and delivery

Profile

The successful Lead Facilities Engineer should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, or similar field
  • Strong comprehension of compliance across LOLER, life safety and refrigeration
  • An understanding of maintenance planning and CMMS
  • Proven or aspiring leadership skills
