  • Location: Rotherham (Training in office, then home-based)
  • Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:30 – 17:00 (start times vary from 08:30–09:00, finish between 16:30–17:00)
  • Pay: £12.85 per hour PAYE

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative for a short-term, 4-week assignment. This role is perfect for someone with a call centre background who excels in helping people and solving problems. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, primarily handling calls about password resets and supporting general administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answer incoming calls, assisting with password resets and addressing general enquiries.
  • Support customers in accessing digital services.
  • Utilise various computer systems to log and manage information.
  • Provide administrative support including handling emails, drafting letters, and data entry.
  • Assist in arranging meetings and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service or call centre environment.
  • Confident in using IT systems including emails, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Friendly, helpful, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly within the stated hours.
  • Must be able to travel to the office for initial training.
Additional Information:
  • Training will be provided in the office before transitioning to a home-based role.
